Tóm tắt
- Không cần tài khoản. Chúng tôi không hỏi tên, email, số điện thoại hay bất kỳ thông tin cá nhân nào.
- Một mã định danh ngẫu nhiên được tạo trên máy bạn khi cài app để lưu danh sách và cài đặt của bạn trên máy chủ.
- Không quảng cáo, không SDK phân tích của bên thứ ba, không bán hay chia sẻ dữ liệu.
- Bạn có thể yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu bất cứ lúc nào (xem mục 7).

1. Chúng tôi là ai
Ứng dụng Mẹo Vặt (“Ứng dụng”) và trang web này do Fatties (“chúng tôi”) phát triển và vận hành. Chính sách này giải thích chúng tôi thu thập những dữ liệu gì khi bạn dùng Ứng dụng, dùng để làm gì và bạn có những quyền nào đối với dữ liệu đó.
2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập
2.1. Mã định danh thiết bị ẩn danh
Khi bạn mở Ứng dụng lần đầu, Ứng dụng tạo một chuỗi ngẫu nhiên (UUID) và lưu trên máy bạn. Chuỗi này được gửi kèm mỗi yêu cầu tới máy chủ của chúng tôi để nhận ra “cài đặt này” và trả lại đúng danh sách, cài đặt của bạn. Mã này:
- không được lấy từ số IMEI, số sê-ri, mã quảng cáo (IDFA / GAID) hay bất kỳ định danh phần cứng nào;
- không liên kết với tên, email, số điện thoại hay tài khoản nào;
- bị xoá khi bạn gỡ Ứng dụng hoặc xoá dữ liệu Ứng dụng; cài lại sẽ tạo mã mới.
2.2. Dữ liệu bạn tạo ra trong Ứng dụng
Để đồng bộ giữa máy và máy chủ, chúng tôi lưu những gì bạn tạo hoặc chọn trong Ứng dụng:

Bạn tự quyết định đặt tên gì cho danh sách. Chúng tôi khuyên bạn không đưa thông tin cá nhân vào tên hoặc mô tả danh sách.
2.3. Nhật ký kỹ thuật của máy chủ
Như mọi dịch vụ web, máy chủ của chúng tôi tự động ghi lại địa chỉ IP, thời điểm, đường dẫn yêu cầu và mã phản hồi để vận hành, gỡ lỗi và bảo vệ hệ thống. Nhật ký này không được dùng để theo dõi cá nhân và được xoá định kỳ (xem mục 6).
2.4. Những gì chúng tôi KHÔNG thu thập
- Họ tên, email, số điện thoại, ngày sinh, địa chỉ.
- Vị trí, danh bạ, ảnh, micro, camera hay bất kỳ quyền hệ thống nào ngoài kết nối Internet.
- Mã quảng cáo, dữ liệu phân tích hành vi hay dữ liệu từ các ứng dụng khác.
Trang web này không dùng cookie theo dõi. Trang chỉ lưu lựa chọn ngôn ngữ (VI/EN) trong bộ nhớ cục bộ của trình duyệt.
3. Chúng tôi dùng dữ liệu để làm gì
- Cung cấp Ứng dụng: tải nội dung mẹo vặt, lưu và khôi phục danh sách, cài đặt, tiến độ checklist của bạn.
- Vận hành và bảo mật: phát hiện lỗi, chống lạm dụng, đảm bảo máy chủ hoạt động ổn định.
- Thông báo mẹo mới (nếu bạn bật): chỉ dùng để gửi thông báo về nội dung mới, không dùng cho quảng cáo.
Chúng tôi không dùng dữ liệu để tạo hồ sơ người dùng, quảng cáo nhắm mục tiêu hay bán cho bên thứ ba.
4. Chia sẻ dữ liệu
Chúng tôi không bán, cho thuê hay chia sẻ dữ liệu của bạn với bên thứ ba, trừ các trường hợp:
- Nhà cung cấp hạ tầng giúp chúng tôi lưu trữ máy chủ, chỉ xử lý dữ liệu theo chỉ dẫn của chúng tôi;
- Apple / Google khi bạn tải Ứng dụng từ App Store / Google Play, hoặc để gửi thông báo đẩy nếu bạn bật tính năng này. Việc xử lý của họ tuân theo chính sách riêng của họ;
- Theo yêu cầu pháp luật của cơ quan có thẩm quyền.
5. Lưu trữ và bảo mật
Dữ liệu được lưu trên máy của bạn (để dùng khi không có mạng) và trên máy chủ của chúng tôi. Chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp kỹ thuật và tổ chức hợp lý để bảo vệ dữ liệu trước truy cập trái phép, mất mát hoặc sửa đổi. Tuy nhiên không có phương thức truyền hay lưu trữ nào an toàn tuyệt đối, và dữ liệu Ứng dụng lưu giữ vốn không chứa thông tin nhận dạng cá nhân.
6. Thời gian lưu giữ
- Danh sách, cài đặt, checklist: lưu chừng nào mã thiết bị của bạn còn được sử dụng. Dữ liệu gắn với mã thiết bị không hoạt động trong 12 tháng sẽ được xoá.
- Nhật ký máy chủ: tối đa 30 ngày.
- Dữ liệu trên máy: bị xoá ngay khi bạn gỡ Ứng dụng hoặc xoá dữ liệu Ứng dụng.
7. Quyền của bạn
Theo Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân (Việt Nam) và các luật tương đương nơi bạn sinh sống (như GDPR), bạn có quyền truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xoá và phản đối việc xử lý dữ liệu của mình. Cách thực hiện:
- Xem / sửa: mọi danh sách và cài đặt đều hiển thị và chỉnh sửa được ngay trong Ứng dụng.
- Xoá toàn bộ: gỡ Ứng dụng (hoặc xoá dữ liệu Ứng dụng) sẽ xoá mã thiết bị trên máy; dữ liệu tương ứng trên máy chủ sẽ bị xoá theo mục 6. Để xoá ngay, hãy liên hệ chúng tôi (mục 10) và chúng tôi sẽ hướng dẫn xác định dữ liệu của bạn.
- Khiếu nại: bạn có quyền khiếu nại với cơ quan bảo vệ dữ liệu có thẩm quyền.
8. Trẻ em
Ứng dụng dành cho người dùng phổ thông và không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin cá nhân của trẻ em. Nếu bạn cho rằng một trẻ em đã cung cấp thông tin cá nhân cho chúng tôi, hãy liên hệ để chúng tôi xoá.
9. Thay đổi chính sách
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này khi Ứng dụng thay đổi. Phiên bản mới sẽ được đăng tại trang này kèm ngày hiệu lực; với thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo trong Ứng dụng.

- No account. We never ask for your name, email, phone number or any other personal details.
- One random identifier is generated on your device when you install the app, so we can keep your lists and settings on our server.

1. Who we are
The Mẹo Vặt app (the “App”) and this website are developed and operated by Fatties (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data we collect when you use the App, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
2. Data we collect
2.1. An anonymous device identifier
The first time you open the App it generates a random string (a UUID) and stores it on your device. This string is sent with every request to our server so we can recognise “this install” and return your lists and settings. The identifier:
- is not derived from your IMEI, serial number, advertising ID (IDFA / GAID) or any other hardware identifier;
- is not linked to a name, email address, phone number or any account;
- is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data; reinstalling creates a new one.
2.2. Data you create in the App
To keep your device and our server in sync we store what you create or choose in the App:

You decide what to name your lists. We recommend not putting personal information in list names or descriptions.
2.3. Technical server logs
Like any web service, our server automatically records the IP address, timestamp, request path and response code of each request in order to operate, debug and protect the service. These logs are not used to track individuals and are deleted on a rolling basis (see section 6).
2.4. What we do NOT collect
- Your name, email, phone number, date of birth or address.
- Location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or any system permission other than Internet access.
- Advertising identifiers, behavioural analytics, or data from other apps.
This website does not use tracking cookies. It only stores your language choice (VI/EN) in your browser's local storage.
3. How we use the data
- To provide the App: deliver tip content and save and restore your lists, settings and checklist progress.
- To operate and secure the service: detect errors, prevent abuse and keep the server running reliably.
- New-tip notifications (if you turn them on): used solely to tell you about new content, never for advertising.
We do not use your data to build profiles, for targeted advertising, or to sell to third parties.
4. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties, except:
- Infrastructure providers that host our server and process data only on our instructions;
- Apple / Google when you download the App from the App Store / Google Play, or to deliver push notifications if you enable them. Their processing is governed by their own policies;
- Where required by law or a competent authority.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on your device (so the App works offline) and on our server. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but the data the App keeps contains no personally identifying information by design.
6. Retention
- Lists, settings, checklists: kept for as long as your device identifier is in use. Data tied to an identifier that has been inactive for 12 months is deleted.
- Server logs: at most 30 days.
- On-device data: removed as soon as you uninstall the App or clear its data.
7. Your rights
Under Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP on personal data protection and equivalent laws where you live (such as the GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. In practice:
- View / edit: every list and setting is visible and editable directly in the App.
- Delete everything: uninstalling the App (or clearing its data) removes the device identifier from your device, and the matching server data is deleted as described in section 6. For immediate deletion, contact us (section 10) and we will help identify your data.
- Complain: you may lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.
8. Children
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the App evolves. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date; for material changes we will also notify you in the App.
